NYFW Review: The Break NYC

My sister and I took our Lyft over the bridge into Brooklyn and while passing the high rises that line the edge of the now rapidly developing Brooklyn skyline we enter into a quite neighborhood equipped with a lovely bagel shop that housed regulars watching a game and drinking a soda. This is the neighborhood where The Break NYC Fashion Show and after party would be held.

The juxtaposition of innovative fashion and creativity and old school charm was the perfect setting for this brand with a shop just a block a way. The White Space is a large creative space on a block of other creative spaces just blocks from row homes and shops. The neon ambience and mysterious scenery outside and inside the venue attracted your eye to the bright colors and flowing fabrics of the show.

I very much loved the vibe of the venue and the crowd. It complimented the unique style of the show perfectly. The finale of sorts was a dance routine done for models along the aisles. It was truly a one of a kind show and experience.
